Our Mission
Our Mission is to empower differently-abled individuals through community-based inclusive, person-centered services, education, employment, and advocacy—rooted in compassion, respect, and integrity. We foster potential, embrace diversity, and build a lasting legacy of dignity, inclusion, and transformative care.

Our program services empower special needs individuals to exercise control over their lives and enjoy freedom, opportunity, employment, education, and meaningful relationships within our Northern Michigan communities. As leaders in program development and Medicaid services, we set high, comprehensive standards for disability support and serve as a critical resource for knowledge and services for the developmentally disabled throughout Michigan.
