Need Medicaid coverage?  If you have not already done so, you might want to contact North Country Community Mental Health (Serving Emmet, Cheboygan, Charlevoix, Kalkaska, Antrim and Otsego counties only) to develop a plan of service which authorizes the services performed by Bergmann Center a\to be paid for by Medicaid.  Ask us about how to do that!

 

Already have Medicaid coverage?  It is recommended that you contact your North Country Community Mental Health Supports Coordinator to update your plan of service so that it includes community living supports or other related services performed by Bergmann, and authorized to be paid via Medicaid rather than out of pocket.

 

Don't qualify for Medicaid?   Bergmann Center accepts private pay by the service recipient.  Please ask us how to do that! Let us help you achieve your goals.
