​Bergmann Center Inc., achieves the highest standards across all programs and facilities by implementing comprehensive written policies and procedures, and by strictly adhering to Medicaid, MDHHS, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations. These standards guide our operations, protect individual rights, and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Every team member receives thorough onboarding and ongoing training in Bergmann Center’s policies and procedures, as well as required safety, health and related medical training, such as CPR/First Aid Certification. This ensures that our services not only meet—but exceed—local, state, and federal requirements.

Our policies reflect our values: dignity, safety, inclusion, and excellence. They are the framework through which we build trust, protect individuals, and deliver care that empowers.

Every team member receives comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all programs.
